Luma21 is a new residential project from the TownX boutique developer, which at the moment, is currently under construction, with the estimated date of handover set to be the 1 April 2023. The complex has five residential levels and is located in the Jumeirah Village Circle community, which is one of the fastest expanding neighbourhoods in the emirate of Dubai.
